Canyon Coffee was founded by Ally and Casey in 2016, the two met in 2013and as they grew together so did their passion for coffee. Visiting beautiful coffee shops, and making better and better cups for each other at home became a treasured ritual. They prefer to drink their coffee black to get the full flavor of the bean. When it comes to Canyon Coffee, their goal is to find certified organic coffee beans that can be brewed black, at home, and taste delicious to a wide range of palettes.
Field Trip now carries their Chochajau Guatemala roast in both decaf and original, in store and online.
