Meditation

Meditating with the New Moon is a great time to focus on introspection and  inner worlds.  It is the time to set intentions, start new projects and plant the seeds of  an idea.  Focusing inwardly, it is a good time to acknowledge how we've been feeling during this cycle, letting the things we've been sweeping under the rug a chance to come to light -- no need to fix things, simply by sit with these feelings during the New Moon, and allow them the time and space to reveal themselves. Use this quiet time as a chance to practice self care, remember to be gentle with our inner beings.  This is also a perfect time to journal, paint, draw, sing, dance & create! 

The moon is a loyal companion.
It never leaves. It’s always there, watching, steadfast, knowing us in our light and dark moments, changing forever just as we do. Every day it’s a different version of itself. Sometimes weak and wan, sometimes strong and full of light. The moon understands what it means to be human.
