An Intro to Breathwork + Letting Go

What does it really mean to let go? For many years I always heard healers and practitioners saying "to let go" and I always thought yeah, great, is there like a switch you flip for that or... ? Cause we all want to let go of something right? Let go of past pain, trauma, negative thought patterns, limiting beliefs, anything holding us back from our highest good, our most authentic self. Join Amanda Barnett of B+F to learn about what it means to let go through guided Breathwork Healing + Mindfulness. 

Breathwork is a profound active meditation. A three part breath that encourages stuck energy to move; deeply cleansing your mental, physical + emotional bodies. Every session is an occasion for transformation; to somatically get the "gunk" out and to move beyond limitations. If you've been wondering what Breathwork is about but nervous to try it because you don't know what you're getting into, or if this is your first time hearing about this incredible tool for healing, then this is a great opportunity to find out what to expect and do a micro session.  We will also discuss what it means to actually create space and how to keep it clear with mindfulness.

Amanda "B" Barnett has been studying wellness for the greater part of her life. She has a BS in Psychology & studied secular based Mindfulness meditation and Loving Kindness practice with Insight LA. She is an Advanced Reiki practitioner and received her yoga certification through SOLA School of the Contemplative Arts with an emphasis on somatics. She studied Breathwork Healing with Erin Telford and David Elliott.  She sees clients and leads groups in her home city of Portland, via the inter web, and abroad. Visit her at B + F
